SEO audit & optimisation project
A focused first phase to identify and improve technical SEO issues, on-page visibility, user experience, website structure and customer journey friction.
Kerry Kefir case study
Fix what is holding growth back. Then build on what works.
The work with Kerry Kefir began with an SEO audit and focused optimisation project to strengthen the website foundations, including technical SEO, user experience and the customer journey. From there, the relationship developed into ongoing monthly work focused on growing awareness, attracting more customers, encouraging repeat orders and subscriptions, keeping customers engaged and strengthening the credibility of the brand.
SEO audit + optimisation project → ongoing monthly growth support1,691 users from organic search vs 777 in the same six-month period the previous year.
Up 228.4% in the analytics comparison for Q1 + Q2 2026 vs 2025.
Up 229.0% in the same year-on-year comparison.
Social traffic remained broadly similar by comparison, while search traffic more than doubled.
Where we started
The first stage of the work was an SEO audit followed by a focused optimisation project. The aim was to identify the issues that could limit visibility, create friction for customers or make future growth work less effective.
That included technical SEO, on-page improvements, user experience, website structure and the customer journey. The priority was to strengthen the foundations before adding more activity on top.
Once those issues had been addressed, the focus could shift from fixing what was holding the website back to steadily building awareness, trust, customer acquisition and retention.
The work developed in two stages
A focused first phase to identify and improve technical SEO issues, on-page visibility, user experience, website structure and customer journey friction.
Once the foundations were stronger, the work expanded into a continuous programme of SEO, content, website optimisation, customer engagement and brand-building activity.
The ongoing work
The priorities change as the business changes. Some months the biggest opportunity is search visibility or educational content. Other months it is customer communication, repeat purchase, subscriptions, PR, reviews or improving how the website supports a new commercial priority.
Create useful search-led content that helps more people discover Kerry Kefir and understand what the product is, how it works and why it is different.
Improve search visibility, website content and the customer journey so more people can move from discovery to confident first purchase.
Use education, recipes, customer communication and clearer product information to give existing customers more reasons to keep using and buying the product.
Strengthen the reasons for regular use and repeat purchase so subscription becomes a natural next step for the right customers.
Use newsletters and website content to stay useful between orders, share recipes and education, and keep customers connected with the brand.
Support trust through awards, PR opportunities, reviews, customer stories and stronger proof across the website and wider brand communications.
The compounding effect
The monthly work has several commercial goals, not just traffic growth. But search gives us a useful way to see how the permanent website content is compounding over time. Social remains important for awareness and community, while the year-on-year analytics show a much steeper growth curve from organic search.
The analytics
Comparison period: 1 January to 30 June 2026 vs 1 January to 30 June 2025. Figures shown as reported in Kerry Kefir analytics.
“What I love about what you’ve done for me is everything, but particularly the way Google AI brings up links to the blogs on our website as evidence for their answer to kefir-related questions. That’s unreal like.”Mary-Thea, Kerry Kefir
What this case study shows
Useful recipes, FAQs and educational pages can keep attracting visitors after the month they were created.
For products customers need to understand before buying, helpful content is part of the commercial customer journey, not an optional blog task.
No single article has to do all the work. The value builds as the website becomes a deeper, more useful resource around the product and customer questions.
